Synopsis

Penny is resigning as president of the Howard High Pep Squad. The football team is on a losing streak, the homecoming dance has been cancelled, and don't even mention what happened with the mascot. Everything's gone wrong on Penny's watch, no matter how hard she's tried. But sometimes trying is what really matters.
