Synopsis

Mysterious disappearances haunt Witchy Way, a street that passes for normal but is far from it.  First a boy goes missing, then a cat.  As the police investigate and a nosy neighbor spies from her window, the accusations start to fly. But when the prime suspect is finally cornered, he makes an astonishing claim.
